Her fitness journey began when she was in her late 30s. After the birth of her second child, she prioritized fitness more to lose excess pounds and feel better about her body. Eventually, she decided to hire a private trainer, which changed the game for her and brought faster results.
Over time, Jill's strength and endurance increased tremendously. Not only did she lose those 10 pounds, but she also started running road races and eventually became an age group competitor in long-distance running. After this profound change in her own life, Jill came to the realization that her passion was to help change others' lives for the better through fitness and nutrition.
