Part-Time Personal Trainer (Small Group Classes)
We are looking for a part-time personal trainer to lead our small group classes which primarily consist of cardio and strength training circuits.
We expect a trainer to be professional, engaging, and interested in contributing positively to an award-winning Austin business. You are welcome to bring your own clientele to train during non-class time for a small fee. You’ll have access to the gym, equipment and facilities.
Required certifications: At least one Personal Training Certification from an approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NFPT, NPTI, etc. and an active CPR Certification
This person will primarily be responsible for:

Speak knowledgeably about resistance and cardiorespiratory training and nutrition
Adhere to a dependable schedule of work – arriving on time, prepared and excited
Work at non-traditional times (early mornings, evenings and weekends)
Protect client safety in regard to physical stressors during exercise
Assist in member services and gym duties as needed
Work with clients who need specialized attention due to previous injuries or health problems
Handle member concerns/feedback in a professional manner
Multitask and stay organized in order to provide the best client experience
Safely lift and move 40 pounds
You are:
Part-Time Personal Trainer (1×1)
We are looking for a part-time Personal Trainer (PT) to join our team on a contract basis.
This person will come to Marlow’s with current clients and the intention to build their practice. They’ll be able to train personal clients at any time (excluding during group classes) and have access to all of the equipment at the gym. We expect a trainer to be professional, engaging, and interested in contributing positively to an award-winning Austin business.
Required certifications: At least one Personal Training Certification from an approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NFPT, NPTI, etc. and an active CPR Certification
